- Cakes are fresh at time of sale and have a shelf life up to 1 year from date of purchase.
- Make sure cakes are mixed well before microwaving.
- Microwave ovens vary. The average cook time is one minute 45 seconds, but we have found on our own oven that 1 minute 30 seconds is better.
- Let cake cool before icing.
- Children should be supervised when making cakes. (Trust us on this one !!)
